1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the link333 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, claiming bonuses, or contacting customer support — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of link333, including registered players, guests browsing the platform, and any person accessing the site from within Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction where the platform is accessible. Your continued use of link333 following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised document.

If you are accessing link333 on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their explicit authority to agree to these terms on their behalf. In all cases, the person using the account remains personally responsible for compliance with these terms.

1.1 Language of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity. All player communications, support interactions, and formal notices between link333 and registered players shall be conducted in English.

1.2 Supplementary Policies

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside the link333 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the player and the platform. In the event of a conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The link333 platform is exclusively available to adults. To register and use any feature of this platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using link333 in any capacity.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person or entity.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or third-party exclusion that applies to your use of online gambling services.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2.1 Age Verification

link333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable identity documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by competent Bangladeshi authorities. Where a player fails to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by the platform, their account may be suspended and any pending withdrawal requests withheld pending verification.

2.2 Underage Gambling

Any account found to be registered by or operated by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit, net of any winnings generated, which will be forfeited. link333 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any relevant inquiry in this regard.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of games, betting markets, and financial services available on link333, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of any pending withdrawals, and permanent closure of your account.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on link333. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether using the same identity, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, link333 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bonus claims, and withhold balances pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person, and you must notify link333 immediately at support@link333 if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. link333 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

link333 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with safe and reliable platform standards. Players may be required to submit identity documents including a national identity card (NID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in the player's name). Withdrawal requests may be held pending the completion of KYC verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

link333 processes all financial transactions for Bangladeshi players in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The platform supports a range of local and international payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to the player's account instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method selected.
• link333 does not charge fees on deposits, though players should be aware that their payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a prior deposit into the account, and which is registered in the player's own name.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, the player must have completed all applicable KYC verification requirements as set out in Section 3.4.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours for verified accounts. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are generally completed more quickly, often within a few hours.
• link333 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts that exceed standard thresholds or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Any funds that were deposited using a bonus must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus conditions.

4.3 Currency

All player balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). link333 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly. Any currency conversion required is the responsibility of the player and their payment provider.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

link333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer as well as the general conditions set out in this section. By claiming any bonus or promotion, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable terms.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. link333 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the offer. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the stated validity period.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus more than once — whether through duplicate accounts or any other method — constitute fraud and will result in account closure.
• link333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect a bonus that a player has already started to wager.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

link333 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any form of collusion between players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, link333 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account permanently.

5.3 Promotional Changes

All promotions, including seasonal offers around events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day, are time-limited and subject to change. Promotional availability is at the sole discretion of link333 and does not constitute a binding commitment to make any particular offer available at any future time.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

All players using link333 are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of link333 or any of its games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker, Teen Patti, or other multiplayer game formats.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing link333 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to use the platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment.

6.1 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where link333 determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, the platform reserves the right to take immediate action including: suspension or permanent closure of the account, voiding of all pending bets and bonus balances, withholding of withdrawal requests pending investigation, and where applicable, reporting the matter to relevant authorities. All such determinations made by link333 are final.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the link333 platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, sports betting markets, and card games such as Teen Patti Joker — are governed by the specific rules published by the game provider and displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing a wager.

7.1 RNG Certification

All RNG-based games on link333 use certified random number generation systems supplied by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other reputable providers. Game outcomes are independently determined and cannot be influenced or predicted by the platform or any third party.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets, including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other tournaments, are governed by the betting rules applicable to each market. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or result void, bets will be settled in accordance with the standard rules for that market type as published by link333. The platform's decision on all bet settlements is final.

7.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game software failure that materially affects the outcome of a bet or game round, link333 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers placed during that round to the player's account. The platform will not be liable for any losses claimed to have arisen as a result of such malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager amount.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their link333 account at any time by contacting the support team at support@link333. Before an account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by link333

link333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, sustained inactivity (an account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant), or any other conduct that link333 deems contrary to the safe and fair operation of the platform.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not been accessed for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. link333 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder using the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 (or the remaining account balance if lower) may be applied to dormant accounts. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting support.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. 9 Limitation of Liability

link333 provides its platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, link333 makes no warranties or representations — whether express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any content, game, betting market, or feature available on the platform.

9.1 Platform Availability

link333 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond link333's reasonable control. link333 shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary platform unavailability.

9.2 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, link333's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances shall link333 be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental losses.

9.3 Player Responsibility

Players are solely responsible for their own gambling decisions. link333 accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of wagering activity on the platform. Gambling involves risk, and players should only wager amounts they can afford to lose. link333 strongly encourages all players to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings.

10 Amendments to These Terms

link333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — link333 will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' prior notice to registered players via the email address on file or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of link333 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure and the return of any eligible balance.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice. The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available on this page and is identified by its effective date shown in the document header.

10.1 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are drafted and maintained in English. English is the binding language of this agreement for all players on the link333 platform regardless of the player's country of residence or native language.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
